HR MANAGER
You will lead a team of Human Resource Department consist of Recruiter and Employee Relations that will be in-charged on handling all HR issues (recruitment, selection, training, certification, in-field evaluation, contract offer, performance appraisal) related with multiple projects under SID
Required Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Computer Literate.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia.
- Good Leadership & Communication
- Mastering with HR & GA Matters from beginning until end of process
- Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Understanding about the Manpower Law of Indonesia, Industrial Relationship, Human Resource development, competency and skills development, and carrier management.
