Our respected client is seeking a sales management expert for the job of Territory Sales Supervisor, to be based in Ambon, Maluku, Indonesia. The winning candidate will be responsible for handling sales throughout Ambon, Maluku. This is an exciting opportunity for a career-minded professional looking to develop a rich and rewarding career. Key job responsibilities will include:
- Set effective and proper development strategies to enhance the company’s business performance in Ambon, Maluku
- Achievement of area sales-out, distribution, merchandising and business development targets through multiple distributors
- Preparing optimum plan for all supervisors and merchandisers, controlling them so as to have efficient and proactive colleagues
- Routine field visits to monitor the performance of the field forces
- Conduct regular reviews
- Identify development needs within field force
- Guiding and motivating all supervisors and evaluate performances
- Ensure marketing plan implemented in Papua
Job Requirements:
- University graduate
- Willing to be placed in Ambon, Maluku
- Must be able to communicate clearly and concisely in both English and Indonesian
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management position with a reputed FMCG
- A proven history of success in sales
- Project-management skills an advantage
- Knowledge in distributor, territory and sales-force management
- A strong leader and a team player
- Computer literacy
- Analytical skills
- Presentation skills
