Requirements:
- Age 30-40 Years Old
- Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree or foreign equivalent degree in marketing/management (in Retail)
- Candidate must have minimal 10 years experience senior managerial level in sales especially Retail Industry (Retail Industry)
- Strong competence and values : Professional, ownership, profit oriented, customer focus, prioritize team work, creative, commitment, shared growth and integrity
- Analytical expertise in understanding business issues and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Good command of verbal and written English is a must
Responsibilities:
- GM Fashion office is responsible to lead, motivate and guide
- Accountable for process improvement, growing business and seeking opportunities to positively affect profitability of company. Fully responsible for ensuring that product is consistent with market trends as well as business strategy
- Manage and provide creative direction to design team In conjunction with Product Management, responsible for visualizing and determining strategic direction of the global business
- Responsible to creating a unified look and feel across all fashion divisions, constantly monitoring industry publications and talking to designers in order to understand industry trends
- Oversee all activities sample room, and ensure the entire process in accordance with procedure. Ensure the overall quality of the samples in accordance with design requirements
- Ensuring all activities of “visual merchandising” was conducted by a professional within the established schedules, guidelines and budget. Ensuring all activities supporting the development of brands image and art sales in stores
- Understand the sales plan, the merchandising calendar and provide on time collection as per the open to buy plan given by sales
- Create collection with a proper merchandising and product proportion within the price points as specified by the sales team
