Teaching in the high school, the Economics teacher will be responsible for teaching Economics to a variety of High School levels. This position is open for local candidates.
ECONOMICS TEACHER (WITH SOME BUSINESS STUDIES HOURS POSSIBLE) – 2015-2016 SCHOOL YEAR
Required
- S1/S2 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree minimum in Economics, Business Studies, Education or a related field
- Excellent standard of English
- Experience teaching economics in English at high school level
- Excellent communication skills and a positive and caring approach
- Respect for diversity; religion, race, and gender
- Experience with IB PYP, IGCSE, A Level or GAC curricula
- Energy and Passion for Teaching and Learning
Desirable Traits
- A wide understanding of both economics and business studies
- The ability to teach a number of ESL hours each week
