It is founded by a group of dedicated team members with notable experiences in IT industries for more than eight years. Devenlab strength lies on business process understanding and technical abilities. In term of business process understanding, Devenlab is having abilities to analyze the needs, identifies the objectives and creates solution. While in term of technical abilities, Devenlab is armored with mastery of proven technology, wide-range of programming frameworks and languages, and creativity in software development. Marketing Executive & Business Manager
- General business management including administration and operations business development including:
- Creating, implementing and driving the initial market entry strategies
- Implementing and driving the e-marketing strategy
- Working collaboratively with the founders to ensure key milestones and goals are reached
- Developing and leading business development and expansion initiatives
- Relationship management with existing and potential service users
- Monitoring all levels of activities, ROI metric and campaign evaluation
The role is highly autonomous and results driven. It is expected the Business Manager will be responsible to drive the ramp up of the business and remuneration will be highly aligned to the results achieved. This role is instrumental for the success of the business and lucrative bonuses will be available when a consistent successful track record is demonstrated.
A team of marketing executives reporting directly to the Business Manager will be recruited to support the continual growth of the business at the expansion stage.
You will need to:
- Be outgoing and a people person
- Have the drive and eagerness to be part of an exciting venture to grow the business exponentially in the years to come
- Be a true team player with excellent communication skills and fluent in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Be passionate with what we are doing and one who believes in our vision and strategy
While these are not absolutes, below should serve as a general basis in what we are looking for. Ideally your experience will include:
- General business management – administration and operations
- Solid business development and marketing experience and have the desire to contribute more
- Preferably have deep understanding of business product/services of Information & Technology
- Preferably have a deep understanding in startup business development, e-commerce, e-marketing, formation and implementation of successful marketing strategies
- Preferably have a successful track record of converting opportunities into revenue
- Process an excellent relationship building and maintenance skills
