Visual Merchandiser Coordinator / Graphic Designer
Job descriptions:
- Maintain strong branding for advertising, marketing and sales purposes by designing, developing and executing the visual look of store (window displays and its merchandise) or during event promotions
- the objective is to attract customers, increase customer traffic, communicating product knowledge via visual & product displays. Responsible in maintaining engaging visuals to stimulate sales activity
- Design, produce and distribute visual designs
- Oversee inventory and condition of all visual merchandising tools, fixtures, display items, etc in stores and at back office
- Coordinate and train store personnel to support and execute visual looks according to standards throughout shops
- Maintain VM budget
- Research and source new, innovative concepts, ideas and solutions for visual merchandising.
Job requirements:
- min Bachelor Degree with related field and having a good sense of design
- at least 3 years of experience as visual merchandiser/ VM leader with excellent knowledge about technical knowledge, beauty/fashion retail trend and space management
- understanding of marketing principles & retail merchandising fundamentals
- proficient in applicable computer software (Office, Photoshop, Illustrator) & in English
- posses own vehicle, willing to travel (throughout shops/ off-site promotional events)
- able to work in flexible hours, usually before opening or after closing store hours to set displays
- excellent organisational and communication skills
- able to work and communicate well in a team
