Job description:
Your will be part of the technical team. Your responsibilities include presales engagement, technical proposal, project delivery, POC testing and documentation. You would need to have a strong presentation skill and technical knowledge to have a meaningful discussion with prospects, understanding their requirements, pain point and deliver successful proposals. You have a keen sense of strategic selling and able to contribute effectively to the sales team’s target.
You would need to be equipped with the necessary high-level skills in areas of architectural design and technical implementation with the company’s portfolio of solutions in virtualization and storage infrastructure. You are also expected to participate and contribute to the project implementation team, with a feasible SOW to ensure a timely and successful project implementation.
Managing customer’s expectation is part of your job scope, which required of you to work closely with our sales team and project team members. You are expected to be a fast learner, to acquire technical implementation skill as and when needed due to business requirements.
Job requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering
- Minimum 2 year experiences implementation and administration with one or more of the following technologies:
- Citrix infrastructure
- Windows Server and its networking environment
- Microsoft Active Directory
- VMware infrastructure
- Storage infrastructure
- Relevant technical certification from above vendors is an advantage
- System architecture including DR design experience is required
- A good understanding of storage and backup solutions are preferred
- Able to work effectively in a team setting
- Decisive with the ability to multi-task
